This Privacy Policy explains what information Krazytech ("we", "us") collects when you visit krazytech.com, including our blog at krazytech.com/blog, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your preferred time for a call (if given) and your message.
- Messages. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your contact details and whatever you send us.
- Blog comments. If you comment on the blog, we store the name, email address, website (if given), IP address and comment you submit.
- Log and usage data. Like most websites, our servers record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit, mainly for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies. Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads on the blog, WordPress uses cookies on the blog for comments and logged-in users, and other services we use may set their own.
How we use information
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call;
- to publish comments and respond to messages;
- to keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse;
- to understand how the site is used and improve it.
Third-party services
- Email delivery. Contact form messages, and the confirmation email we send you, are delivered by Resend, which processes your name, email address and message to send them.
- Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which uses your IP address and browser signals to check that you are human. Blog comments may be checked by Akismet, which receives the comment, IP address and related data to detect spam.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. It collects data such as pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, which we see in aggregate. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Advertising. We show ads on the blog through Google AdSense; the main site has no ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ad Settings, and opt out of some other vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Hosting and security. The site is hosted by Bluehost and delivered through Cloudflare, which process technical data such as your IP address to serve the site and protect it from attacks.
- Embedded content. Pages may embed content from other sites (for example videos). Those sites may collect data about you when you view the embedded content.
Some of these providers process data outside India, for example in the United States.
Data sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.
Enquiries are not stored on the website. They arrive in our email inbox, where we keep them for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversation. Comments and their metadata are kept until removed. You can ask us to delete an enquiry, a comment or the personal data associated with it.
